Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and extensive experience in culinary arts. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences for our customers.

Schedule:

- W-Su 7p-3a

Duties:

- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create innovative menus and develop new recipes
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage kitchen operations to deliver high-quality dining experiences
- Collaborate with the management team to meet financial targets

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Experience in food service management and restaurant operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to oversee food production, including menu planning, costing, and quality control
- Proficient in inventory control and managing food costs effectively
